An Humble Vessel, A Mighty Ministry
Brother William Marrion Branham (1909–1965) was born into a family of extreme poverty in the mountains of Kentucky, USA.
From the very day of his birth, supernatural and wondrous signs accompanied him. In the small log cabin where he was born, a strange halo of light hovered over his crib. His entire life stood as a testimony that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

1933
On June 11th, while baptizing converts in the Ohio River at Jeffersonville, a blazing, brilliant light suddenly appeared above his head, and a Voice spoke: "As John the Baptist was sent forth for a forerunner of the first coming of Christ, so will your message be the forerunning of the second coming."
1946
In May, he left home to seek God for an explanation of his peculiar life. Late one night while praying alone, an Angel appeared to him in a light, saying: "Fear not, for I am sent from the Presence of God to tell you that your peculiar birth and life, to indicate that you're to take a gift of Divine healing to the peoples of the world. You be sincere when you pray, and get the people to believe you, nothing shall stand before your prayer, not even to cancer."
1950
On January 24th, at a campaign in Houston, Texas, the famous photograph of the "Pillar of Fire" was taken. It was later scientifically authenticated by examiner George J. Lacy as a genuine supernatural phenomenon.
1962
In December, God granted Brother Branham a vision concerning the visitation of seven Angels.
1963
On February 28th, in Sabino Canyon, the Angels appeared exactly as foretold in the December 1962 vision. Seven Angels descended from heaven and spoke to Brother Branham about the breaking of the Seven Seals. The wings of the seven Angels formed a supernatural cloud, which was featured in the May 17, 1963 issue of Life Magazine and described as a "mysterious cloud over Arizona."
